Nancy, I had not seen you for quite some time. As it turns out, you had been living in Salida. You were one of my students at Lake County High School and later on at Colorado Mountain College. You were a student that every teacher wants in their classroom listened, you applied the principles, and you did well in my classes. I remember you being quiet and very kind and helpful.
Nancy, you will be missed by your friends and your family.
God bless Nancy Maes' soul.

Nancy and I were friends when I lived there in the mid-. 1960s. It's been many years since then, but I always remembered her and have thought of her through out the years. I am sorry to hear of her passing. I wish I could have gotten together with her again. My condolences to her family and friends.
