On October 29 2018, Frances Romero joined the Lord, her children Mary Ann and Richard and her husband Higinio Romero in Heaven. She leaves a void in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her and our lives will never be the same. We take comfort in knowing that her suffering has ended and her eternal rest with her loved ones has finally begun. She was surrounded by loved ones when the Lord called her up to His Kingdom. Blessed are those who had the honor to call her mom and grandma and to have witnessed her admirable faith which, no doubt, carried her through so many difficult times. Through every trial, her heart remained kind and warm. Thank you mom and grandma for leaving a legacy of strength through faith. You were truly one of a kind and we love you more than you’ll ever know. We will strive to keep your legacy alive by sharing memories with everyone in our lives. Rest now, your struggle is over and it is time to walk with your God.
Frances was born February 17, 1929 to Doroteo and Maria Cortez. She was orphaned at a young age and was raised by her Uncle Reuben and Aunt Eliza Jaramillo.
